Mission: To re-energize how people connect in the workplace.
I worked at Myplanet full-time (More than a year)
Nice people to work with. Smart co-workers. Great building to work from. And Global clients with interesting projects (if you're on the right teams).
1. Keep making the same mistakes (process & discipline)
2. Seem not to believe in the need for management.
3. Need to trust more in delegating work to people.

Phone interview, which lead to an in person interview which included a Myers-Briggs test, and a problem solving excise. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Got a vague answer about not getting an offer, and after some back and forth it turned out that the Myers-Briggs test was the deciding factor.
