I have been working at NEXON full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with. The company overall sets employees up with the tools needed to get the job, this includes software and hardware.

    Cons

Upper management don't take the opinions of people below them very well, or very rarely into consideration. No guarantee of long term employment if you are on a game title that is canceled or is no longer published by Nexon.

    Advice to Management

Try listening to the people that work under you. As well, try being a bit more transparent, and care about the overall morale of your employees.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at NEXON (Seoul (South Korea)) in October 2018.

    Interview

Applied online. Passed online coding test which took 72 hours, but failed on passing technical interview. Not practical interview questions which make the interview process just painful. I would not apply this company again.
