I have been working at Nando's UK full-time (More than a year)
I have paid break every shift which is more than 4 hours where meal is included. Changing positions on the floor every day, flexibility. Giving excellent customer service,
Dealing with complains, difficult customers. Working more than 11 hours in very busy environment. Late night finish. Weekends always working.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nando's UK (London, England (UK)) in November 2017.
Handed my cv in and got asked there and then for an interview the next day, interview lasted 25 mins approx, very relaxed and chilled! Only got asked one question, which may vary between which Nando's you're applying to and how many candidates they have competing for the role. Very positive experience and was given a trial shift 2 days after the interview.
