I worked at Newton Europe full-time
Amazing people. The company is full of down to earth, intelligent and fun individuals with great support and leadership.
You are away 99% of the time. Mon-Fri (not weekends), but as you are away in a hotel you tend to do quite a few hours. Takes its toll after a while.
Advice to Management
You guys are awesome, the best management team I have ever experienced. Kev, Andy, James, Tom, Steve are my favourites.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Newton Europe (New York, NY (US)) in November 2016.
Applied online. Got invited to take an online test and then a video interview and was finally invited to t the selection day in New York. There were 8 people and it started with introducing each other after a brief conversation. Then there was a written test and finally a group case study. After which they give lunch and after lunch they tell who is going to stay further and who leaves. Out of 8 people, five were international and 3 Americans. They sent back all internationals and kept only Americans, not sure if that was intentional but certainly seemed like it given the performance we saw from everyone. Interview process is long but good overall.

We're excited to announce that Newton has been shortlisted for a National Business Award (NBA).
This is the fourth year in a row for us, but a new category. We're one of 10 finalists in the running for a Market Gravity Innovation Award for our work in local government adult and children's social care.
