Having worked in the company two and a half years I can categorically say it's been one of the best decisions of my life. Was it tough at the beginning? Yes. A sales job will always be tough at the start as you learn, and build up a market, however at every step of the way there has been great training and support from Managers and Team Leaders all across the business. In add, the social side is very good and you make some great friends here.
As well as being promoted multiple times, I've even been offered to relocate internationally by the business, something I wouldn't of believed at the start was actually possible. I've also managed to live extremely comfortably earning a salary well above the average pay.
At the start I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little skeptical of the promise of relocation, super fast career growth, incentives and a lot of monetary success, but looking back now the company have delivered on everything they promised.

Advice to Management

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nigel Frank International (Melbourne).
I got a call from an overseas woman to come in for an interview it was very weird, I walked in and looked like a dodgy call centre. A man gave me this murky glass of water to drink, the office was stale and dirty. The man seemed dishonest. I was polite but ran as fast as I could.
