I have been working at North American Bancard (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Was once a good place to work until they put profit and sales above people.

    Cons

Management has a bullying culture, pay varies depending on who you are associated with at the top, bonuses are awarded to friends of management rather than the true dedicated and loyal staff and your job is contantly threatened with outsourcing.

    Advice to Management

Management needs a huge over haul and the bullying needs to stop. NAB employs well known bullies to force people out of their jobs so they don't have to pay redundancies. Staff need to be treated fairly and with dignity and the loyal and dedicated staff need to be recognised.

  • North American Bancard eyes future of in-car commerce

Troy-based North American Bancard - which markets itself as a one-stop shop for processing credit cards and assorted forms of payments for merchants - would hardly be a business you'd expect to spot at an auto show. But the car industry is changing lanes as quickly as some drivers on the freeway.
