I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Olympus Australia and New Zealand (Notting Hill) in January 2016.
Slow, had to continually follow up with HR person. Once the interview process started, it happened. However I had to keep following up each step. The role had been vacant for quite some time but then I found out that's situation normal for Olympus. Vacant roles for long periods are common.
Yes offered me more than I was expecting so that was a first, didn't need to negotiate.
