Keep listening to your people, and keep up the great communication.
I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Olympus Australia and New Zealand (Notting Hill) in January 2016.
Slow, had to continually follow up with HR person. Once the interview process started, it happened. However I had to keep following up each step. The role had been vacant for quite some time but then I found out that's situation normal for Olympus. Vacant roles for long periods are common.
Yes offered me more than I was expecting so that was a first, didn't need to negotiate.
“It has created a whole new spectrum of operations that were previously technically too difficult to perform laparoscopically,” Dr Kariappa said.
In a first for the area, we were excited to recently partner with Kareena Private Hospital to install our latest 3D and 4K surgical imaging technology, enabling more complex laparoscopic surgery to be performed at the site. Read the full story below.
