I have been working at Outdoor Cap full-time

    Pros

Even though the company has grown, there is still a feeling of it’s family roots. There’s an emphasis on giving back to the community knit together with care for employees. This is a friendly and positive working environment. The Human Resource department is professional and has always been quick to help answer questions and offer guidance. Stability is important and the company has provided that even during this tough time of Covid. I am proud to work at Outdoor Cap.

    Cons

There are challenges just like any other business setting, but the pros outweigh the cons. There have been a lot of positive changes lately. I rank the company lower on career opportunities because it does vary by department and diversity and inclusion only because we don’t live in a very diverse community.

    Advice to Management

I am able to share my thoughts with management often and even if they don’t make changes immediately, I am still listened to and respected.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outdoor Cap (Bentonville, AR (US)) in January 2019.

    Interview

I applied on Indeed and then the next day I received a phone call about setting up a phone interview the following week. After this interview I was invited to an in person interview with one other account manager. I went to this the week after and a day after I received a phone call offering me the position.
