Everyone treats other team members like family especially the CEO of the company. I have been employed there now for 7yrs.
Hard to juggle if you have another full time job. But in the department I work in sometimes they do not say thank you for a job well done.
Advice to Management
Always have an open door policy.
The process took 6 days. I interviewed at PURE Canadian Gaming (Edmonton, AB (Canada)).
Process was good, contacted in a timely manner after interview process. Questions were related to job no surprises. Throughly enjoyed the atmosphere and was made to feel welcome right away.
Our Leadership Team always look to engage our staff and get them involved in our business. We recently had a SWOT Analysis, where our team broke into smaller teams and identified the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of PURE. Ideas and analysis from this along with many other employee driven tools such as the All Employee Survey, All Employee Meetings, etc, will drive initiatives and the strategic direction of PURE as we move forward! Thanks to our employees for generating lots of innovative ideas and thank you to our Food and Beverage Team for keeping us well fed as we brainstormed!
Each year, Casino Lethbridge puts up the Tree of Warmth in our front lobby. We gather hats, mittens, and scarves that are distributed to the needy children and adults in our community through the YWCA. With Christmas only a few weeks away, our tree of warmth is looking good! All items will be donated to the YWCA on December 22, 2016.
