Advice to Management
Pacific Foods knows what their doing. Sure, they're not financially well off but that's where Campbell's can help.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Foods of Oregon (Tualatin, OR (US)) in May 2018.
The entire process was very quick and efficient. It began with a short interview with the recruiter followed by a more detailed call with the hiring manager. The following week was the 1/2 day in person interview where I met with about 9 different people. There were several one-on-ones and a few 3 person panels. Everyone was kind and seemed genuinely interested in me as a candidate. Really positive experience! I declined the offer only because of a family situation which kept me from relocating to Portland.
