    Zero encouragement from management
Office smelled of damp all the time.
    Very negative environment
The way staff speak to candidates is awful
    Lying to clients

    Advice to Management

When you hire new staff, train them. Ongoing training and regular feedback.
Managing people by emails isn’t a great way to manage.
Nepotism is destructive to any business in the long run.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Proactive Technical Recruitment in November 2019.

    Interview

I realized the job wasn't for me, and I didn't get past the first phone interview, but the experience, however brief, was very nice. I submitted an application Wednesday, got a text Monday morning to set up a call, and I was talking to someone that afternoon (the first time I requested). The call felt very casual, he asked some questions about me and I asked some questions about the company. I'm very introverted and even I felt perfectly comfortable talking to them. They are professional recruiters, and it really shows. Also, you can expect a nice British accent.
