I have been working at Qteal full-time (Less than a year)

The passionate vibe in a startup might ignore the need for good supporting systems, however Qteal has learned out of their life experiences in many former international enterprise companies. The supporting systems are build to anticipate a high level of flexibility in the market.
Advice to Management
Assess and evaluate ALL partners, suppliers, customers,investors to be sure they all fit in the same mindset, keep the focus on the community thought !
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qteal (Herentals (Belgium)) in July 2017.
Informal. Jan, one of the founders, welcomed me in the hall and first gave me a tour around the building. Giving some nice introduction about the building, the concept and why they choose this location. Next we had a drink and Jan explained me the new concept and vision he had for Qteal, which is currently in the startup phase. He clearly and openly explained the differences with other companies, and high lighted the type of coworker they are looking for. We discussed about my own achievements and interest of the past year and how they map on the Qteal mindset. At the end Jan gave me the opportunity to join the company, discussing about my current situation: current employer and project, we agreed to not proceed to a hiring process, but rather have me informed and involved in the company community.
