I have been working at Red Ventures full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you aren't afraid to break things, but are devoted to correcting and improving immediately, you'll love Red Ventures. Egos don't do well here, and defensiveness is not an option. I found that freeing, because it left me knowing exactly where I stood and how I could improve. Pay, raises and bonuses are generous if you embrace this philosophy.

    Cons

The love of this company isn't universal. You either embrace "everything is written in pencil" or you don't. And Red Ventures understands that. They don't expect everyone to love the way they do things -- or to stay. I will say that the people who thrive stay there for years.

    Advice to Management

The business model is killer and the company culture rocks. Work hard to create processes that are easy to navigate when you on-board.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC (US)) in December 2016.

    Interview

Contacted by Director of Sales Recruiting and scheduled a phone interview lasting approx. 40 minutes. Later contacted via email to schedule onsite interview for the following week. Onsite interview lasted over 3 hours and included a tour of the facility followed by back to back interviews with recruiters including a mock interview scenario. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.
