Complex network which provides a lot of opportunity for growth and learning. Great culture and teams, everyone is willing to lend a hand and teach. Subsidized cafeteria is great too.

    Cons

Gained 15 kgs from the cafe.
    Politics can get annoying.
Low paying in comparison to private industry as it is government.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Reserve Bank of Australia.

    Interview

Put in an application and got called for an interview. Interview was easy and straight forward. After the interview they called me and said they wanted me to do a SHL Psychometric Testing. This is an online assessment and takes approximately 3 hours to complete. This did not make sense to me because usually employers ask candidates to take this assessment before calling them in for interviews to ensure they've filtered out the best candidates but NPA chose to do it the other way around. In total I spent around 5 hours of my personal time on the interview and the assessment. After going through all this, I would at least expect a response from NPA regardless of the outcome. I even tried contacting the HR for an update but almost 2 months on and I still haven't received a response. Not putting in any application for Note Printing Australia again and wouldn't suggest for anyone who values their time.
