Pros
while the business is not great due to the head winds. Our company is trying to ensure we get back on track. Pay Structure, benefits are definite pros. 5 years with the company, and you get to meet amazing individuals. Multi-cultural environment is a breeding ground for new ideas and opportunities.
Cons
While there are lots of positives. Culture needs to change within a few pockets. Understandably there is hostility towards IAs coming in from BTI which creates a lot of negativity. Being fairly new to the org ( 5 years ) its hard for me to understand why there is no much resistance to BAT. There are challenges and differences of opinions with global but i do not see the need for hostility and we need to work together for the success of BAT Reynolds. I am proud to be part of a multinational organization and i hope my collogues and friends in WS recognize the fact.

Get an email from talent aquisition. Phone/teams interview that lasts about 20min, about background and qualifications. Get second, panel interview if you have the correct qualifications. Panel interview is based on behavioral (STAR] questions based on company ETHOS. 2 panels with 2 people, and also interview 1:1 with managers.
