I worked at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I worked there both full time and part time and made enough money to support myself while attending university full time. Commission could be great if you have a great month. Lots of incentives aside from commission too. You always get invited to many events for phone launches.

    Cons

Things change so quickly . You have to keep up with all the new plan changes and prices . If it’s a slow month you don’t make as much money .

    Advice to Management

More incentives within stores oppose to the entire district will push people to sell even more.

    Interview

Two back to back interviews with one manager and one team member. The manager was mainly behavioural and the team member gave a rather difficult case. I didn't get to the next round so don't know how many rounds it is.
