    A job built for someone right out of college.

    Cons

    Poor hours, management is a popularity contest, salary is poor for total hours worked.

    They wont listen, there's not much advice to give.

    Interview

    Phone interview , in person interview , final presentation. Nice people overall, but the offer was not competitive. Definitely seems like a good place to work though. Compensation seems to be their main problem.
