    Recruitment Consultant Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Perth, Western Australia
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SThree (Perth, Western Australia).

    Interview

Over the phone interview was very good, she was professional and A+ 10/10 service.

However, the manager/interview was unprepared and was very unprofessional (using foul language). Shortest interview ever, just a casual chat and he did all the talking.

    Interview Questions

    • There was pretty much no questions asked except, why recruitment?   1 Answer

    Reasons for Declining

The face to face interviewer/manager was unprofessional and seemed uneducated.
