    Working with like-minded people who are passionate about succession and business results. Perks like no other!

    The high volume of staffing means a high volume of people management. Lots of behavioural discussions to be had - strength in leadership is essential.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sephora (Adelaide) in July 2019.

    Interview

    Surprise phone interview at 8am in the morning. The call was from New Zealand, so my phone blocked the caller ID so I did not know who it was. The HR rep was super nice and allowed me plenty of time to talk, and invited me to the next step of the process.

Company Updates

  • Today we will be closing our stores and corporate offices for two hours, dedicating the time to training on racial bias and education.
