    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Servcorp (Melbourne) in October 2016.

    Interview

I was contacted for a phone interview then asked to attend a 1:1 interview the following day. Once attended I spent 15-20 minutes speaking with the manager in regards to my previous employment, what my career goals are , strengths and weaknesses etc. Was made to feel very comfortable through the entire process. Towards the end I was asked to undertake a spelling test and also an General Knowledge Assessment. After successfully completing and passing both test I was invited to be experience being sold a Serviced Office by another Manager to ensure it would be something I would feel comfortable doing as a role. I was then also invited to have a teleconference interview with the Australian General Manager, within a few hours after this interview I was contacted and offered the position which I accepted! Having come from a HR role I was very impressed with professionalism and quick turn around
