    I worked at Service NSW part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Training staff are really fun and helpful. The culture is really great and you are always encouraged to keep up with personal and team statistics.

    Cons

    The part time position was only 15 hours a week (sometimes a little bit more with overtime) and only 3 hours each day which wasn't ideal.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Service NSW (Sydney) in February 2017.

    Interview

    applied online, phone call to arrange intgerview, psych testing sent BEFORE interview to complete prior to even meeting me, met with the panel, not a great interview, Manager was very rude and abrupt. 3 weeks later have not heard anything and really questioning why I was asked to do psych testing prior to interview? Very poor process and needs to be looked at from an improvement perspective.
