    I have been working at SiteMinder full-time (More than a year)


    The culture, the company is focused on being a positive employer. They want people to feel listened to - to perform highly and feel the reward from delivering those results. The people, on the whole, are so supportive and want to make each other's days a little brighter every day.


    The odd person - but you can escape those easily :) importantly, management on the whole, certainly in Onboarding are part of the really positive culture and you can see how much they care about the team, the individual and the environment.

    Advice to Management

    Ignore the very few who complain. It's a good place to work and you do a great job for us at least 99% of the time. Thanks!

    The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SiteMinder in June 2020.


    Recruiter contacted me via email and wanted to have a chat. Had a 40 min chat with her where I was asked questions on various projects and aspects of marketing. I could sense her disinterest during the call. And soon enough, I got a standard rejection email. I replied to the mail asking for some feedback. In my opinion, I was really qualified for the role and pretty much met every job requirement. And complete silence from her, no response.

    I don’t care as I got a better job with better benefits and a more high value brand. However, I really wish companies like Siteminder would respect candidate’s time. And not just interview people to meet number targets and then not even bother sharing feedback.

    So I’m leaving this feedback in the hope that Siteminder will ensure the hiring process and communication is better and more empathetic to candidates especially during covid.
