    Unique global tech business -- one of few opportunities to work at a scaling global business headquartered from Australia

    Compelling vision -- feel like the founders have a great sense of where we've come from and where we want to go

    Strong leadership team -- the company has brought on some heavy hitters into the senior leadership ranks over the past year and we're really feeling the positive effects

    Fun, diverse team -- speaking from Sydney office, but the team here is diverse in experience, background, and gender and just a ton of fun to be around


    Lack of focus -- ambitious vision but need to realise sometimes we only have capacity to execute so many things / it's better to do a few things well than many things poorly

    Subpar change management -- we're a high growth company so part of this is natural, but don't always seem to take the time we should to think through change

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at SiteMinder (Sydney) in May 2019.


    The interview process was done in a very professional and efficient way. It involves 3 stages - telephone interview with recruiting team, face-to-face interview with supervisor/manger who you will report to, and reference check.

    The recruiting team was very helpful and professional. I didn't have to question what would be happen next as they would give a brief verbal explanation of what is expected about the interview step by step in each stage of the process. Then they will email you relevant information with clear explanation about what to expect for the next step.
    I was very impressed with the interview process not only because it was efficiently and professionally conducted but I also felt very welcomed by everyone who I have interacted with.
