I worked at Sonic Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company culture at sonic healthcare is second to none. If you are looking for a place to settle with job security, Sonic is the place to be. I saw no evidence of mismanagement, and I never felt under-resourced.

    Cons

If you are in your early career, there isn't a lot of opportunity to move up because most employees are in it for the long-haul. There are opportunities to move around in the organisation, but these are limited to on the rare occasion that someone leaves.

    Advice to Management

Regular performance reviews and adjustments to roles and personal KPIs could incentivise early-career employees to stick around longer.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sonic Healthcare (Melbourne) in May 2016.

    Interview

It was simple. Got response in one week. Unsuccessfull candidates dont get any response. Phone call to set time for interview, and only one interview. 2 managers took my interview.
