I have been working at Southland Transportation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Hours are generally good, work with good people and all three shops are easy to get to. Near constant work so you're always busy and will never want for work. Really good for getting you signed up and sent to school, compensate you for your school costs.

    Cons

Pay generally seems to be less than other companies paying for similar positions. Some times the apprentice to journeyman ratio can be skewed making it hard for apprentices, benefits are almost not worth the cost.

The interviewer was so receptive and behaved somehow that all my concerns disappeared in the first 5 minute of the interview. She was listening carefully to my scenario and did not panic me.
