Interview
Two step process. First was a panel interview with SRE leads and senior devops engineer. Very conversational and relaxed approach. They were quite open and were happy to answer all my questions. Second was with the head of engineering more of a cultural fit interview. He was happy to talk about the vision and roadmap and the plans for the year.SRE practices
