    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Squiz (Sydney) in Mar 2021

    Interview

    It was very smooth process, recruiter communication was clear and transparent at each stage.

    1. Initial screening by recruiter
    - Asked if am looking for change, salary expectation and other common questions.
    2. Behavioral interview with Team lead
    - Introduction, current project, team, technologies, my role, challenges faced, and other behavioral questions.
    3. Technical coding challenge
    - They will provide technical coding challenge by email and you need to complete it within one week. For me it was full stack coding challenge based on pagination. Read big data file and display on screen dynamically.
    4. Technical interview
    - Questions based on coding challenge you have completed in step 3 and other related technical question.

    Overall it was really good experience. I was hoping for offer but unfortunately I did not clear last round. Squiz has lost one of the hardworking and best resources :P

    Anyways it's a really good organization to learn and grow. All the best.
