Initial communication was simple and straightforward, however the salary band is insulting. They should try the discount bin, like where most of their tools are. Run, don't walk from this disaster of a company that wants to be a lifestyle brand, yet is about 25 years behind the curve. Overseas creative team and agency of record = poor executive vision if any.
