    Interview

Applicants need to fill out the standard Starwood 'Sales Test' which is a multi-choice behavioural questionnaire on how you would act in certain situations. This can be somewhat frustrating as a lot of the expected responses are bound to be the 'trained' ones rather than what someone would 'normally' do (even if they are a skilled salesperson). Very tricky since you spend your time trying to think about what they would WANT the answer to be.

    Interview Questions

    • You have booked an appointment with a client, but when you arrive at their offices later that day they are no longer able to meet with you. What do you do? (Several responses listed including 're-book', 're-book and leave sales kit', 'see someone else' etc).   Answer Question
