    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TAL (Sydney) in February 2020.


    Recruiter called me about my application, did not introduce herself and went straight into questions about application and competencies for the role, no discussion on the role itself or any information on the company. After a brief call and an obvious attitude of her not being bothered, I was told I would hear by the end of the week, I never heard back.

    We’re navigating uncertain times right now, but it’s incredibly heartening to see the ways in which people are going out of their way to help fellow Australians.

  • TAL’s new underwriting education initiative helps our adviser partners and their clients better understand the underwriting process and support TAL customers with their ongoing health. This initiative currently focuses on musculoskeletal health conditions and will expand in to other health conditions.

    Life insurance giant TAL kicked off a new underwriting education initiative yesterday with a suite of educational materials that will help its advisers better explain to their clients how and why back pain can affect the terms and conditions of their policies.
