I have been working at Tauck full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

This is the best company I've ever worked for. People are focused on doing the right thing; ensuring Tauck guests have an excellent travel experience - and the guest ratings show that the travel experience is indeed excellent. Pay is good. Benefits are excellent and keep improving. People are empowered and have the opportunity to excel. Management stands behind the company's values.

    Cons

Small company, employees don't tend to leave - this makes career advancement difficult for some.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing - company is well managed.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tauck in August 2017.

    Interview

First, took an online technical test in the form of a questionnaire. Then had a phone screen with a development manager. Then had a phone screen with someone in HR. Both individuals were pleasant to deal with.
