I worked at The Brand Factory full-time

    Pros

I learned quite a bit about perseverance and how to treat people.

    Cons

Very toxic work environment where employees are stressed out, there is no appreciation given, management is very strict, rigid and a lot of forcing, and you work as slaves here. Deadlines were insane. Prepare to have no life outside of work. Never in my life could I have ever imagined working this much.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Brand Factory (Toronto, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

30 minute interview. Was asked basic questions about experience with social media as well as previous schooling and work experience and how it would help me succeed in the agency.

After the initial interview, I then interviewed with two others who would be in my department. Interview felt very superficial and covered the basics. The questions I asked about the agency
