    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at The World Bank (Sydney) in March 2019.

    Interview

I applied online and received an interview request 2 months later. I was also told I was one of only a handful of applicants that got onto the shortlist. The interview was via video conference. I was also asked to do a written tasks too after the interview. I still placed effort to do it properly even though I really didn't do well in the interview.

    Interview Questions

    • The one question that I remembered was : "Please give me three words to describe your strengths and three words to describe your weaknesses". This question threw me out of the running for this role. I struggled to find three single words to describe myself. It was asked after being grilled about everything I've ever worked in, and every skills I possess.   Answer Question
