Leadership changes constantly and leaders are not necessarily technically competent in the area they are leading. Going through a long and protracted reorganization at the moment.
Advice to Management
IT needs stable and technically competent leadership, down to the manager level. Values need to be enforced top to bottom.

Average Interview, Questions based on Operations, Personal, and Behavioral. People were very engaging and easy to talk to. They made the interview situation comfortable and there was no pressure. They took time to answer my questions, and it was very back and forth.
