Good locations, interesting job, great the first couple of weeks
No training, change their mind on strategies and don't inform, make promises, don't pay commissions when owed, don't pay merchants on time and make staff deal with consequences, no job descriptions or strategic performance appraisals.
Advice to Management
Start recruiting strategically or training effectively. Need retention strategies.
