I have been working at Twitter full-time

    Pros

    Flexible work from home policy
    Free lunch
    Very great career growth opportunities
    Supportive managers and coworkers

    Cons

If you're looking for a small startup or large company this is not the place to join.
However, Twitter still has a small company feel to it with the stability of a larger one and each person can make a large impact on the millions of users that user our product.
401k Match is not that great either, but other benefits/compensation makes up for this

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Twitter in March 2016.

    Interview

The process took two months, I was asked to do a coding challenge (I solved the two problems correctly) and two months later they sent me an email saying that the role had been filled
