I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Virgin Atlantic Airways in July 2017.
I applied online and after 1 week I received an e-mail to book an interview slot.
The interview felt very corporate and question-oriented, with very little room for me to express my genuine interest in forecasting and analytics.
I talked them through my forecasting experience in one of the UK's biggest companies, yet they insisted on asking questions like "Why Virgin Atlantic?" etc. There were no competency or strength based questions and the interviewers were cold and distant. There was no friendliness at all.
Unfortunately they did not provide an feedback although the recruiter told me they only had a couple of interviews.
In hindsight, I wouldn't like to work in a company like this, and more so after reading all these employee reviews.
