I worked at Visual Meta full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely international, it's pretty easy to make new friends. The work can be interesting at the beginning, great work-life balance, no stress at all. Not even a tiny little stress came up in my two years.

    Cons

Horribly untrained and uneducated middle managers in one or two departments, low salaries. Forget about challenges or about a real career at this firm. Most of the people leave within 2 years.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Visual Meta.

    Interview

As a first step I was having a short phone interview with the senior recruiting manager. It was a really relaxed conversation, the recruiter was really enthusiastic and she made a very positiv impression. She wanted to get to know more about my CV, experiences and motivations. The second round was happening through Skype. In this round also the future team leader was present and scanned the corresponding knowledge with regard to the position. The third and also final round was divided into two parts. In the first section I had to prepare a little case study. The second part was a group conversation with the future team members. The process was very dynamic and I always had very positiv feeling after each round.
