I worked at White Recruitment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's officer based so no weekend working

    Cons

As you can probably already see from the other reviews most people have been in the company less than a year,  this is because turnover is incredibly high. I saw about 10 people leave in my first couple of months.
Even though its a 6 month probation there appears to be an unwritten rule that if you've not passed early in the first 4 months they won't let you continue until the end of the 6 months, even if you are close to passing probation.
If you have worked in recruitment before you'll might do quite well here, However if you are new to recruitment I'd avoid and go to a larger recruitment company first as you'll get much better training.
Because the turn over is so high it does appear that the other employees don't want to get to know you as its assumed that either they or you will probably leave soon anyway so 'what's the point'.
There is a huge amount of uncertainty in the first 6 months as it's never made clear if you are under or over achieving, targets change all the time, even a couple days before the end of the month so its hard to keep track off them.
The database is fairly new and prone to issues although they do appear to be trying to fix this.
Although it's advertised as 8:30-5:30 working hours they expect you to actually work 8-6 and it's suggested that you're not putting any effort in if you have to leave on time at 5:30 occasionally, or if you arrive close to the 8:30 start time.
Salary is low compared to other agencies.

    Advice to Management

Turnover is a huge problem and something must be going wrong somewhere for it to be this high, recruitment is a tough industry but from what I've experienced in other agencies it shouldn't be this bad.
It would be great to invest in a proper HR team who have a more focused learning and development plan, maybe bring someone external in to help? Training needs to be improved for people new to the recruitment industry as its quick to pick up for someone experienced but not so much for someone new.
