    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Willis Towers Watson (Canberra) in August 2019.

    Interview

The process was easy to follow. The interview took about 30 minutes. There were four questions. The invitation email I received said each question was going to take 3 minutes, but the actual recording time was 5minutes for each. There were three practice questions before the actual interview. You could skip them, but I found they are quite helpful. I finished this video interview 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the result.

    Interview Questions

    • The first question was introducing yourself and why did you apply for this position. The other three were all behavioral questions. Could not remember the exact question, but I thought were about teamwork, achievement and last-minute decision.   1 Answer
