I applied online. I interviewed at Wiltshire Council.
20 minutes of questions with 2 interviewers mostly based around the behavioural framework and customer service. Highly focused on 'community' aspect of the job. Interview followed by an ICT test, testing research, accuracy and presentation skills.
Members of Team #EPIC, our volunteer staff engagement group, collaborated with FM and Wiltshire College on Monday to kick start a new initiative to brighten up the flowerbeds. They will be returning next week to focus on other beds making them beautiful and wildlife friendly, and when the September term starts will work on the large bed outside the main entrance.
