I have been working at Wonder full-time for more than a year

Pros

work anytime and can choose hours

Cons

Since March 2020 to the present time (End of May 2020) during the peak of COVID, i was never assigned a single task, however other people were getting tasks daily.

Advice to Management

Distribute tasks accordingly. Loyalty is earned. Dont hire too many analysts
