I have been working at Xieno full-time (Less than a year)
I found the company environment very good. I am improving my skills here, support from seniors is available but limited because they also have project deadlines. We also have fun time, games and parties regularly. CEO is flexible with approaches and accept everyone ideas. Management is working hard to grow the company with balance of employee benefits.
Sometime we have too much work and sometime work is low. I think sales team should work on this issue.
Advice to Management
Hire some junior team members to improve work balance.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Xieno.
It was a campus placement drive. The process included HR interview followed by technical interview which was completed in one day. The selected candidates were called in company premises for one final interview & selected candidates were presented with the offer letters. As it was at fresher level, the interview was smooth & challenging as well.
