I worked at bioMérieux full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

good working location close to every kind of public transportation

    Cons

I used to work as a R and D scientist here in Sydney. The trainer was not in the lab most of the times. She is always in a moody pose and visibly disturbed by my presence. She is from France and wants to hire people from France. Durin gthe probation these people are expecting no mistakes at all.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at bioMérieux (Durham, NC (US)) in May 2009.

    Interview

Hazelwood, MO interview with hiring manager, then overnight travel to Durham, NC for five additional interviews with other associates. An all day process, but worth the experience.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

I was offered a higher salary than I had anticipated. Very pleased, and did not feel the need to negociate.
