I have been working at emarsys full-time (More than 3 years)
Emarsys has great people. Hands down. The leadership team is constantly looking for new ways to grow the company, improve the work experience/workplace, and all while growing the company at a steady rate. I can't imagine a better work environment right now!
It is a global company and that scares some people. You might have to jump on a call early in the morning, but that's about as bad as it gets.
Advice to Management

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at emarsys (Sydney) in April 2017.
I went through 3 rounds of interview - phone screening by HR, 1:1 with the Account Director, and final presentation to the AD and country head, and I was told that they need a week's time to come back with next steps. Meanwhile, I received another offer, hence I followed-up with #Emarsys on things were progressing. The HR told me the team was happy with my presentation, and what are my expectations on pay. Since Strategic Consultant was a newly created role, I shared the industry standards for my level of experience. After which I received a cold email saying, you never mentioned that you require sponsorship, and we're unable to do it. My visa requirement was covered in the first conversation I had with HR, it was very unprofessional to come back stating that as a reason to not make an offer. If #Emarsys never had plans to sponsor me, my candidacy should not have been processed in the first place - such a waste of time and effort. Company's really need to learn to value people's time! It's acceptable for a company to not make an offer, but in-spite of multiple follow-up no one from #Emarsys shared any feedback. Receiving feedback after an interview helps the person to learn from the experience and to do better in the future, and as a prospective employer it's basic professional courtesy. In #Emarsys case, all I received was absolute silence - disrespectful and disappointing. I really hope they do better in the future.
