    Free memebership, great community, and you learn a lot about fitness!

    Cons

    Lower pay, lose interest in working out, and sometimes it gets really slow.

    - bonus and commissions - great environment - room to grow

    they don’t pay the front desk staff a higher wage and there is no raises so you end up getting stuck with a lot of kids working

    Flexible hours Supportive team Leadership that wants you to succeed

    Cons

    Your schedule is based around your clients so it can be spread out (e.g. couple hours in the morning, an hour in the afternoon, a few hours in the evening. Not a real con, just something to be aware of for aspiring trainers

    Free gym, flexible scheduling, simple day-to-day operations, meet cool people, communicative management, stay long enough and you'll move up.

    Cons

    Almost minimum wage (but free membership). Sometimes push for new members.
