    I worked at 24 Hour Fitness part-time

    Pros

Get a free gym membership. Easy job and can be fun. Get to meet a lot of people.

You are making sales with no commission. You are told to pitch personal training. Be prepared to call the same 20-40 people almost every day.

I worked at 24 Hour Fitness full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Made some good relationships. Learned a lot about selling. Learned how to motivate employees. Free membership.

    Cons

No work life balance. Some of the expectations are far fetched. The commission structure was horrible. You’re constantly in fear of losing your job. If you’re at a small or low profit location, you rarely get recognition from District or Area Managers. The pay is pretty bad, especially for the part-time employees.
