Cons
No process at all. Management brings the projects by giving a false date to the client for such a project which itself is a product. Then pressurised the whole team to work till 2 am night and also expect to work on Saturday & Sunday. If somehow project is to develop the management who does not have technical knowledge will ask for a perfect application. How can someone expect within less time complete project which should be robust...I think management should hire a robat to complete a project. Even if u have too many works and then HR comes to you and give u a relieving letter stating that company doesn't have projects...So no job guarantee its a biggest factor. In fact, they have fired too many employees who have been there for years like me. This company have a great policy, u can see many couples husband wife working in this company. Please guys if u don't have any offer then also please don't join this company please have patience definitely u will get a better opportunity then this one One more thing HR is good for nothing, hopeless full of attitude as she owns the company. There are few peoples who are favourite of particular person. they are definetely safe and do bad politice, keep an eye at out time u have laugh, how many time u have gone for a washroom , ,outside the office etc. I suggest to top management who is in the USA please search for other vertical projects and do hire good sales team and treat every employee as ur friend colleague because he is investing time more than 12 hrs in ur company and think about the employee's job guarantee as he/she may be the person on whom whole family are dependent and going through Bank loans.
