- Experience and knowledge in the industry of the Company - New management with a real focus - Working with different markets (Telco, Cloud, Broadband, 5G/4G, Datacenter, IoT, Entreprise, etc.) - Quality product - fun to work with

- always something new to learn from the industry - so you have to keep learning and do your own research to keep up

Inclusive and relax work environment. Good level of compensation. Good health insurance coverage. Promising growth on company level.
Cons
no CE for cultural activities. Part of compensation is variable bonus, so no impact on retirement or house credit loan capacity calculation.
