      Pros

      Visionary leadership team with bottom up approach. Agile with their go to market and growing fast. The team is smart and hungry for success. It should be matter of months before 8x8 gets recognition as the force to recon with in the UCaaS ,CCaaS and CPaaS space.

      Cons

      8x8 is not a well known name in the in the industry. However everyone in the company is working hard to change this.

      Amazing Culture and Team with open Executive door policy sharing and working as a team, coupled with an awesome Single Platform Cloud Solution wholly owned by 8x8 Inc and then some!! Started at the right time experiencing a tremendous growth phase with the opportunity to contribute significantly within the ANZ region, truly a blessing with an awesome team supporting each other around the globe.

      Cons

      Haven't really seen any downsides as of yet, however certainly understand that during rapid expansions that if we work smart and together as a team, stay focused keep our eyes on the ball aiming higher and congratulate everyone on their achievements, even lend a helping hand where needed and get everyone motivated we'll exceed our expectations, including the share holders.
