Great work mates, reasonable hrs

Cons

Constantly having to review your pay slips. Head office rude, terminated us all with no notice on when we actually finish up. No thank you after 4 years, completely ghosted by head office. Not even a separation certificate. Rude and unreasonable management.

• Physically demanding job. • Low possibilities for growth within the company. Most of the higher positions are filled by friends and/or family members. • Upper management is not very visible or accesible to employees, making it difficult to address issues or concerns.
