Do not trust. AAM are not the company they say that they are They pride themselves on cutting corners to get the job done quickly to make more money. I worked for these guys for little over a year, I was on a construction site where a crane cable snapped and dumped a plume of concrete onto 2 workers burying them alive. I was forced back to the same site weeks later and had to work amongst the rubble of the disaster, I was told I’d lose my job if I refused to work there... I was laughed at by coworkers and managers. After a few more weeks on the same site I couldn’t deal with the stress & anxiety and refused to work on that specific project, they cut funding to the counselling I needed and was fired as a result.

They are severely understaffed. Training is literally just your first day then after that, you are expected to "ask questions" which wouldn't be so bad except that you quickly are made to feel bad as you essentially have to take co-workers away from their own work just to help you. There is zero incentive to be an overly productive worker because if you are, the only thing you get in return for it is more work and there is nearly an infinite amount of more work. My property's books were already two months behind when I got there and before I could even catch up they piled on even more properties and when I told them "Please, no mas!" they just shamed me by saying that I wasn't meeting the standards of a Senior accountant and that I was letting everyone down.
